This contract involves the procurement of a single unit of a specific electronic cover part (NSN 1H-5840-014379615, TDP VER 003) to be delivered to the USS Curtis Wilbur DDG 54 at R21640. The government intends to negotiate this contract on a sole-source basis under FAR 6.302-1, meaning only one responsible source is being considered, although other firms can express their interest and capability to supply similar items.
