THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO AWARD A FIRM-FIXED PRICE CONTRACT TO DIGITAL RECEIVER TECHNOLOGY INC. LOACTED AT 12409 MILESTONE CENTER DR, GERMANTOWN, MD, THE SOLE MANUFACTURER & HOLD PROPRIETARY RIGHTS FOR THE REQUIREMENTS LISTED UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF FAR 6.302-1-ONLY ONE RESPONIBLE SOURCE AND NO OTHER SUPPLIES OR SERVICES WILL SATISFY AGENCY REQUIREMENTS.
