Full Description

Notice of intent to award a sole source procurement under FAR Part 12.203 to Motorola, Inc for a LMR Trunking Key Management Facility Server Rack. This items will be provided to F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii), the Government will negotiate directly with Motorola Inc. to comply with warranty requirements. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. This notice is for information only. It is neither a request for proposals nor a solicitation for offers. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 334220. All inquiries and concerns must be addressed in writing to 90 CONS/LGCB, ATTN: Lt Adam Weber, 7505 Marne Loop, F.E. Warren AFB, WY 82005-2860 or sent by email to adam.weber@warren.af.mil.
