Amendment W91ZLK-10-T-0507 0004 serves as a clarification for a Department of Defense solicitation issued by the RDECOM Contracting Center. The amendment specifies that the required siren system must be entirely solar powered, as no AC power is available or budgeted for at the installation site. Additionally, the system must utilize hardwired communications between the control station and the siren, as the use of radio frequencies has been denied by ATC communications.
