Full Description

The Defense Media Center Contracting office intents to award a sole source contract, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements, 10 USC 2304(c)(1), to B.E. Meyers & Co., Inc, 14540 NE 91st St., Redmond WA 98052. This contract is being awarded in support of the Naval Expeditionary Combat Command (NECC). The contract will provide 30 Each Pocketscope Night Vision Systems (P/N 7200I/U); 20 Each Mounting Brackets (P/N 745A); and 10 Each Relay Lens System (P/N 702D/S). The system is in support of Navy Combat Camera video and still imagery acquisition in low-level light situations in a multitude of environments to include combat. Sole Source Justification is attached hereto. Total estimated value is $217,350.00. NAICS Code is: 333314. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
