The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Engineering Research and Development Center - Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory plans to award a sole source contract to MacArtney Incorporated for the procurement of a RAMSES-ARC-VIS Hyperspectral Radiometer System and a PRU SUB-M8/75 Connecting Cable.
