CABLE ASSEMBLY, SPEC

Contract SPE4A624PW993 was awarded by the Defense Logistics Agency to Airtronics, LLC for the procurement of a specific cable assembly under solicitation SPE4A6-24-T-00HV. The contract underwent several modifications, including an update to incorporate DoD Class Deviation 2026-O0040 regarding DEI discrimination and a modification to add a Government Fit Verification Test requirement for CLIN 0003. This latter change also included the addition of a no-cost CLIN for test shipments and extended the delivery date for CLIN 0001 to January 4, 2027. Despite these adjustments, the contract was ultimately terminated for the convenience of the Government effective August 27, 2026, pursuant to FAR 52.249-1. This termination, documented in modification P00004, resulted in the cancellation of the remaining CLINs and reduced the total contract value from 27,711.00 dollars to zero dollars.
