The requirement is for an estimated quantity of 72 units, with a guaranteed minimum of 10 units and a maximum order value of 3.5 million dollars. Additionally, the contractor must include a notice informing the user that backshells must be obtained separately to complete the assembly. Environmental and safety restrictions prohibit the intentional addition of mercury and the use of Class I ozone-depleting substances. Administrative requirements include the use of the Wide Area WorkFlow system for invoicing and payment. The solicitation incorporates various FAR and DFARS clauses, including those regarding equal opportunity, combating trafficking in persons, and NIST SP 800-171 cybersecurity assessment requirements.
