NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) has a requirement to parts kits and spare parts for the PATRIOT EPP III, Power Generation Equipment. These parts will be used in support of the secondary repair program for the PATRIOT EPP III System at LEAD. The Statutory Authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition for this action is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as cited in FAR 6.302-1, "Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies and Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements". This requirement will be negotiated on a sole source basis, solicitation number W911N2-12-R-0024, Lechmotoren, US, Inc, 6410 Airport Road, Suite A, El Paso, TX 79925. Cage Code 1VD61. The solicitation will be released O/A 19 April 2012 and close O/A 26 April 2012. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
