Full Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division (NSWC-PCD) intends to issue a sole source purchase order using the simplified acquisition process to Lumus Ltd, 2 Bergman St., Suite 234, Rabin Science Park, Rehovot, Isreal for four (4) Lumus POD 160 monocular display pods. This purchase is not suitable for full and open competition because the Lumus monocular display pods are the only known display technology that meets all initial technical requirements for COTS availability, size, power requirements, signal interface and mechanical configuration of the program. Additionally, the Government has invested resources into developing custom drive electronics that can only be used with the Lumus displays. A firm-fixed-price purchase order is anticipated. Delivery will be FOB Destination NSWC PCD. NAICS Code 335999 applies. FSC is 5999. SBA Size Standard is 500 Employees.
