The United States Army Contracting Agency Southern Region, Yuma Directorate, Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Arizona, intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis with Laser Technique Company, LLC, 14508 NE 20t h St., Bellevue, WA, 98007. This contract will be for an add-on sensor and to upgrade system software on YPGs existing Laser Based Inspection System (LBIS), which was designed and manufactured by Laser Technique. Award of this requirement will be in accor dance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items.
