59 -- Interoperable Audio Gateway Device

This synopsis/solicitation is being amended to accomplish the following:1) to delete the WPLN4111AR 110V SUC Smart Charger 2) to add another delivery address for particular items. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is HSHQDC-06-Q-00193 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005 12. FAR Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions- Commercial Items, shall apply. The Federal Emergency Management Agency requires various components for the Raytheon ACU-1000 Gateway. The following items must connect a multitude of radio bandwidths and systems, provide ruggedized, on-the-fly communications ability, and offer the scalability to interface with a virtually limitless number of federal, state, and local users, all with different communications equipment and capabilities.
