This is a fixed-price, 1-year, requirements contract for remanufacture of two versions of the klystron tube used in the AN/TRC-170 Ground Tactical Digital Troposcatter System. The two versions are: NSN 5960-01-303-9395RY, P/N: G107180-1, originally manufactured by Raytheon Co (6H339) and NSN 5960-01-326-8986RY, P/N: L-4840, originally manufactured by Litton Industries (89146). Actions to accomplished are the Evaluation and Test of each tube, Minor Remanufacture, and Major Remanufacture of each tube. The Best Estimated Quantity (BEQ) is 100 of each NSN; for a total of 200 tubes. The desired total production of remanufactured tubes is 18 tubes per month. The Ship to Destination will be: FB2065, D035K Depot Supply, DDWG-ER - DLA Central Receiving, 455 Byron Street, Robins AFB, GA 31098-1611 The approximate issue date will be: 22 November 2002 with the approximate response date of 23 December 2002.
