Solicitation SPE7M4-27-T-2690 is a small business set-aside issued by the DLA Weapons Support Fluid Handling Division for the procurement of 61 pressure switches under NSN 5930-01-309-4365. The contract requires the delivery of items within 264 days after order, with inspection and acceptance occurring at the point of origin. A critical requirement is the First Article Test (FAT), where the contractor must test one unit and provide written notice to the Contracting Officer and QAR at least 14 calendar days prior to shipment. The manufacturer's inspection system must comply with SAE AS9003 or ISO 9001, and all furnished items must strictly adhere to the source-controlled drawing. The contract incorporates stringent regulatory and security standards, including CMMC Level 2 certification and DFARS 252.204-7012 for safeguarding covered defense information. Due to the nature of the technical data, export controls under ITAR or EAR apply, requiring contractors to have an approved US/Canada Joint Certification Program certification. Additionally, the use of Class I ozone-depleting chemicals is prohibited, and the Buy American Act and Berry Amendment apply to all materials. Packaging must follow MIL-STD-2073-1E and RP001, and all financial transactions, including payment requests and receiving reports, must be processed electronically via the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system.
