Full Description

Arnold Air Force Base (AEDC) Tennessee, has a requirement for two (2) 75 kVA, 208Y/120V static uninterruptable power supply (UPS) systems, technical documentation, start-up services for initial operation of the systems, and operation and maintenance training. Request for Proposal (RFP) with the complete specification will be available on or about 21 February 2008. The RFP and specification will only be available electronically on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website. Please register as a source to be notified of RFP amendments, etc. It is the responsibility of the vendor (even those registered as a source) to check the FBO website frequently to ensure they have all the available information. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
