The Contracting Branch (ESC/HNCK), Cryptologic Systems Division, Cyber and Netcentric Directorate intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the purchased COMTECH XICOM TECHNOLOGY equipment. The following items are required: Xicom Antenna Outdoor Mount SSPA, KuBand 13.75 - 14.5 GHz, 43dBm Typ. Saturated Power, 42dBm P1dB Flange Power Controller, P/N: XTS25K2, Qty: 3 (Ea); Xicom Controller, P/N: XTC114D, Qty: 3 (Ea); and Xicom Ethernet Port, Qty: 3 (Ea). The Contracting Branch (ESC/HNCK),Cryptologic Systems Division, Cyber and Netcentric Directorate intends to award to the Sole Distributer/ Manufacture of the equipment, Computer Modules, Inc., CAGE: 0K154. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334419 - Other Electronic Component Manufacturing. The Xicom Antenna Outdoor Mount SSPA, KuBand 13.75 - 14.5 GHz, 43dBm Typ. Saturated Power, 42dBm P1dB Flange Power Controller, Xicom Controller, and Xicom Ethernet Port was developed by and owned by COMTECH XICOM TECHNOLOGY INC. COMTECH XICOM TECHNOLOGY INC. is the only known source that meets the government's requirement as they have proprietary rights for the distribution of the required items. As a result, no other vendors can provide the required items. Refurbished or Surplus items are not acceptable. The Government intends to award in the June-July 2011 timeframe.
