This NSN is commercial. This is a critical application item. Requested delivery is 108 Days ARO. A total of one NSN is targeted for this contract effort. It is anticipated that a base and four (4) option years will be priced for the initial contract award. This requirement will be Solicited as Unrestricted Other than Full and Open Competitive basis. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). Other sources quoting this item shall supply evidence that they have successfully manufactured this item within the past three years. Evidence shall be submitted to the Tech/QAS for review and approval prior to contract award. The estimated annual quantity is 953 each per contract period. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 238 each (base year only) and a total contract maximum quantity of 7,570 each. The minimum delivery order is 238 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 953 each. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023 Reverse Auction. Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast.
