This contract is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside for the upgrade of the Patient Elopement System at the Wilmington, DE VA Medical Center, specifically targeting Building 17 (CLC) and Building 1’s fourth floor, under project number 460-24-009. The scope requires full demolition and replacement of the existing Stanley WanderGuard system with an advanced, enterprise-class real-time location and elopement prevention system, including server configuration, staff alert panels, door management systems, electrical installations, remote support, patient wander management bands with 20% overflow supply, elevator cable integration for detecting patient approach to elevator lobbies, and comprehensive commissioning.
