Completion of the Comply/Exception Sheet and this Quotation Request Form, including the Vendor Information portion is required and must be returned with your response. BID RESPONSE INSTRUCTIONS: It is the sole responsiblilty of the Vendor to return responses by the time and date stated. Please contact the Buyer listed for this Quotation Request, should you require assistance. It is best to email the Buyer (Cynthia Nicholson) at: cnicholson@kerncounty.com. If that is not possible you may call: 661-868-3017). Questions may be submitted through the bid on Public Purchase.com. Questions asked before 4:00PM, PST, May 28, 2026, will be answered, any questions asked after that, efforts will be made to answer, but it is not guaranteed.
