CDC believes the Comcast of Georgia is the only known source Cable Service that can provide service of the highest reliability levels as required for CDC within the requirement timeframe. The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions with Offerors providing the requested services. Therefore, the initial offer should contain the offeror?s best terms from a technical and price standpoint. Interested vendors capable of furnishing the government with the services in this synopsis should submit two (2) copies of a quotation to the below address. The quotation shall include the itemized price, prompt payment terms, the F.O.B. Point (Destination or Origin), Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), Dun & Bradstreet Number (DUNs), and descriptive literature of the service quoted. Submit written quotations to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, 2920 Brandywine Road, Atlanta, GA 30341, Attention: Willo Lockett. E-mail quotations will only be accepted if dated and signed by an authorized company representative to: Wlockett@cdc.gov. Comcast of Georgia, Inc. is the only known source. However, if any interested party believes it can meet the above requirements, it may submit a statement of capabilities. The capability statement and any other furnished information must be in writing and must contain material in sufficient detail to allow CDC to determine if the party can fully meet the requirements herein. The requirement will be procured as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12.6. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
