The purpose of this Invitation for Bids is to establish an Agency Specific Term Contract to furnish and deliver 60 Inch Double Knit Pique Fabric 100% Poly Fabric and Collars (Multiple Colors) for Tabor City Sewing Plant on an “As Needed” basis, if and when ordered by North Carolina Department of Adult Correction (NCDAC) during the contract period. The State does not guarantee a minimum or maximum amount for this contract. Current Color Samples Request- There will be samples available for White, Royal Blue, Red, Navy Blue, Gray. The other colors there are no samples available because these are new colors, but a Pantone Chart has been attached in the bid. Just send a pre-paid shipping label to lorraine.middleton@dac.nc.gov and the sample will be mailed to you.The North Carolina Department of Adult Correction operates and maintains a Correction Enterprises Sewing Plant.
