The objective is to verify that the Combined All-Domain Command and Control System Afloat (CAC2S Afloat) Data Processing Assembly and Workstation Mount meet naval shipboard survival and operational requirements following a hardware technology refresh. Testing must adhere to several military standards, including MIL-DTL-901E for shipboard shock, MIL-STD-167-1A for vibration, MIL-STD-461G for electromagnetic interference, MIL-STD-810H for environmental engineering, and MIL-STD-1399 for shipboard power interfaces. Interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and the Joint Certification Program (JCP) to access the full Statement of Work. Submissions, which may include a white paper of up to five pages and company literature, are due by November 18, 2026. While this RFI is used for market research to determine if the effort should be pursued via sole source or competitive procurement, the government explicitly states that no funding is currently available and this notice does not constitute a formal solicitation or commitment to award a contract.
