This is a Firm Fixed procurement under Purchase Request 0066998686 for a quantity of 423 each. FOB Destination and Inspection and Acceptance Origin. The required delivery schedule is 150 days after Receipt of Order (DARO). This request is for National Stock Number 5995-01-068-7876 to procure a Cable Assembly, Special under part number 0000-47582-0001 DRS NETWORK IMAGING SYSTEMS, LLC CAGE 1RWE7 APPROVED SOURCE OF SUPPLY. Specification plans or drawings relating to this procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by Government. Solicitation will be unrestricted, other than full and open competition procedures applies in accordance with (10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) FAR6.302-1. This is not an Export Control Item and Configuration Control does not apply. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic order agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government.
