Notice Type: Special Notice Original Set Aside: N/A Set Aside: N/A Classification Code: 6150 - Miscellaneous Electric Power and Distribution Equipment NAICS Code: 335999 Synopsis: Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Gordon, GA intends to award a sole-source contract to Eaton Corporation for the following services: Eaton Powerware 9355 UPS Battery Replacement and Annual UPS Period of Performance shall consist of one (1) year. The NAICS code is 335999. The authority for this non-competitive award is 10 USC 2304(c) (1), only one responsible source. The Government intends to procure this sole source requirement under Commercial procedures in FAR part 12. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and a solicitation will not be issued. Interested concerns must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government and you may be considered for the next requirement.
