DLA Maritime intends to award a limited competitive contract for 35 units of power supplies, identified by NSN 6130 016273910 and part number 77A126543P3. The procurement is restricted to specific manufacturing sources, with Intellipower Inc or Lockheed Martin identified as the intended recipients. This restriction is due to the lack of available government data rights or technical data packages that would allow for the qualification of alternative sources. The acquisition is designated as a 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns, with the specific category to be determined during solicitation. The contract will be managed by the Navsup Weapon Systems Support Mech in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. Because the items are not considered commercial products under FAR Part 12, they must be acquired from sources specified on the source control or selected item drawing.
