61--Overhaul of the B-1B Direct Current Motor

This is a requirement for the Overhaul of the B-1B Direct CurrentMotor. The contractor shall provide all labor, facilities, equipmentand all material to accomplish the overhaul, test, packing, preservationand packaging of the B-1B Direct Current Motor. A firm fixed pricecontract is contemplated. The solicitation number will beFA8118-10-Q-0008. Solicitation will be issued on or about: 23 Jul 2010and closes 23 Aug 2010. Upon issuance of the COMPETITIVE solicitation,IAW FAR 5.207(c)(15)(ii), all responsible sources may submit acapability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be consideredby the agency. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS APPLY. This notice of intent does not initself represent the issuing of a formal request for proposal and is notintended to be taken as such. The requirements set forth in this noticeare defined per PR FD2030-10-26770 as follows: ITEMS AND QUANTITIES: CLIN 0001: Overhaul: NSN 6105-01-375-1519HY, P/N:J6345; Noun: Direct Current Motor; Applicable to B-1B aircraft; BestEstimated Quantity: Basic Year, 3 each; Option I, 3 each; Option II, 3each; Option III, 3 each; Option IV, 3 each. CLIN 0002: Over and AboveWork. CLIN 0003: Data IAW DD 1423 (Not Separately Priced). DELIVERIES: Item 0001: 3 each beginning 180 days after receipt of orderand reparables. Pre-award Survey and IPE shall be required, but may be waived by theGovernment at the time of contract award. If unit price exceeds $5,000.00 then UID requirements will apply.
