NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Philadelphia intends to solicit a sole source contract with Sikorsky for the repair of two power supply units, identified by NIIN 016675632 and part number 06550-00813-102. Because Sikorsky is the Original Equipment Manufacturer and the only known source capable of providing the necessary repair support, and since the government does not possess the required technical data, the procurement is being conducted under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302. The acquisition will follow FAR Part 13 procedures and is not a total small business set-aside. While the government intends to negotiate exclusively with Sikorsky, it will consider capability statements or proposals from other responsible sources submitted within 45 days of the synopsis. The anticipated award date is January 2027, and the solicitation will be managed electronically via NECO.
