The solicitation package will be available for download on or about 19 August 2015. The contractor shall supply and deliver one complete Modular 20 KVA Static Inverter expandable to 30 KVA and one 10 KVA Inverter Module, to the Buford Powerhouse in Buford, Georgia. The static inverter set shall include all equipment, supplies and material normally supplied by the manufacturer to place the static inverter in service. This contract will not contain installation services. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. The NAICS code is 335999. The size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates whose number of employees does not exceed 500. The solicitation will only be issued as a direct download at the following website: https://www.fbo.gov. All offerors must be registered in FBO before they will be allowed to download solicitation information. The solicitation will not be provided in a printed paper format, however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when it is determined to be in the Government's best interest.
