It is the intent of this agency to award a sole source contract under statutory authority 10 USC 2304(c)(1), set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. CJSOTF-AP LSA Anaconda requires for the repair of the Thermo Vision Sentry manufactured by FLIR System; the following items are required: 0001 SHUTTER 1 EA Item Number 194547 0002 Slip Ring Assy 1 EA Item Number 1195992 0003 FLIR Imaging Labor Rate 8 HR Item Number Labor-IMG 0004 SLIP RING ASSY TILT 1 EA Item Number 194622 Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit Proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals received by the closing date and time will be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
