This announcement constitutes a Request for Quote. This is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. All information is to be submitted at no cost to the Government. This solicitation will be for service to remove bird droppings, bird trapping/mitigation  at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, HI - IAW the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). 


This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside using full and open competition. The NAICS code is 561710 and the small business size standard is $17.5M.  All quotes and questions must be sent to 1st Lt Kasarah Hernandez at kasarah.hernandez.2@us.af.mil and Jenny Sipe at jenny.sipe.2@us.af.mil 18 Sep 2026 on or before 2:00 PM, Hawaii Standard Time (HST),
