The government has determined that only one manufacturer can satisfy the agency's requirement and intends to negotiate with only one source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any manufacturer that determines it can meet the requirements may give written notification through e:mail to the Contract Specialist, contact@example.gov by August 21, 2007, 2:00PM EST.Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to provide the above requirements at no cost or obligation to the government.
