This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number VA246-17-Q-0844 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 effective 13 Jan 2017. This requirement is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside (SDVOSB) and the associated NAICS Code for this combined synopsis/solicitation is 339113 with a Size Standard 750 Employees.
