This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Quotes shall reference VA246-17-Q-0150. This Request for Quote (RFQ) document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89. The Network Contracting Office 6 - SAO East intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order for Autoclavable Articulating HD Videoscopes. This procurement is being conducted under FAR part 13, simplified acquisition procedures and FAR Part 12.603 for Streamlined Solicitation of Commercial Items. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339113 with a small business size standard of 750 employees. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs).
