Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO7), Augusta, GA., intends to award a sole source firm fixed priced contract to FEDCO LLC., 1792 Bell Tower Ln, Weston, FL, 33326-3682, to provide Critical Care Beds for the Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center, Augusta GA 30904. The is a one-time buy. This is a Hill Rom brand-name, non-competitive requirement which will be awarded to, FEDCO LLC, a service disabled veteran-owned small business. The procurement is being conducted under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. A Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition will be posted. The NAICS code 339113, size standard of 750 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation will be made available. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any responses received will only be considered for future purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in lieu of sole source contract described in this notice, and such determination shall be made at the sole discretion of the Government.
