This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. . Offerors whom submits the lowest priced offer for the specified items with win the award in accordance with Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items. Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders and Commercial Items and 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certification - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
