SYNOPSIS: The Salisbury VA Medical Center has a requirement for Ethicon endo-surgical generators and carts. This is a Brand Name ONLY requirement for compatibility with Ethicon handpieces. This procurement is for new equipment only; no remanufactured or "gray market" items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Offeror must be an authorized distributor for Ethicon endo-surgery products. SOLICITATION: See attached solicitation VA246-12-Q-2441 This solicitation is open to small businesses ONLY. Additionally, offeror must be registered in CCR (Central Contractor Registration) to be considered for award; the offeror shall provide its DUNSnumber with its offer, which will be used by the contracting officer to verify that the offeror is registered in the CCR database. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible. To register, vendors may call +1 (555) 000-0000 or +1 (555) 000-0000, or via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov.
