The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 intends to award a sole source purchase order to JORDAN RESES SUPPLY COMPANY, LLC for 40 EA Alice NightOne Wireless Home Sleep Testing System. The NAICS code is 339113 with a Product and Service Code of 6515. The Pulmonology Section at the Louis Stokes VAMC is part of the national REVAMP program, it needs to standardize its practices in order to meet the program's requirements. The program requires facilities to perform portable sleep studies on patients that are positive for OSA. The facility cannot meet this requirement without significantly increasing the amount of outsourced studies. By purchasing these units, the Sleep Department will be able to increase access to sleep studies, reduce outsourcing costs, and be REVAMP program compliant. The Alice NightOne Wireless system is the only unit of this type compatible with the Louis Stokes Cleveland VAMC's sleep data repository Respironics Alice 6 RDx. The devices are fully compatible with existing information system requirements. Pulmonology Section will use the Alice NightOne Sleep Systems to monitor patient sleeping patterns. This is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit capability packages no later than 3:00 p.m. CDT, October 14, 2016 to contact@example.gov. Responses received will be evaluated; however, any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Determination not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in response to this notice. The Government reserves the right to use the information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted.
