The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate sole source commercial item procurement with C.R. Bard for delivery of Lifestar Stents. These stents are being procured for use at the VAMC Hampton in Hampton, VA. Delivery for this equipment is 2 Days ARO (after receipt of order). This proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit quotations no later than 4:00 p.m., March 14, 2017 EST to: contact@example.gov or Fax: +1 (555) 000-0000. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
