65-- MODUCELL MOBILE CABINETS

The VA Central California Health Care System (VACCHCS) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Distribution Systems Int l. The proposed contract action is for Modu-Cell Mobile Cabinets. The requested Modu-Cell Mobile Cabinets must be compatible and interchangeable with current VA owned mobile cabinets due to the proprietary nature. The following equipment is required: Modu-Cell 71 Cabinet, P/N KIT-D1-MC-71BB This sole source action is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES and no competitive solicitation will be issued; however, any firm that believes it can meet these requirements or provide an equal product may give written notification to the contract specialist for consideration. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirements listed above for the requested products. Responses are due by September 21, 2016 at 3:00 PM PST. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
