Notice of Intent under W91YU0-14-T-0097, for Sole Source procurement of Solis IV Infusion Pumps, by Smith's Medical, ASD, Inc.; for William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC), Fort Bliss, TX. Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Western Regional Contracting Office(WRCO), Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source award to Smith's Medical, ASD, Inc., in the estimated amount of $74,650.00 for the CADD Solis Infusion Pumps Model 2110. Smith's Medical ASD, Inc., is the sole manufacturer and distributor and maintains proprietary rights to their equipment as the OEM, to include all software, parts, and maintenance for the Government Owned Equipment located at WBAMC. This notice is not a request for quote and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated services can provide supporting documents demonstrating their capability. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions. Information can be sent to the Purchasing Agent; Mr. Walter J. Bischoff, contact@example.gov .
