Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source The Southern Region Contracting Office, Fort Hood, Texas intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price sole source contract to Terumo BCT, a large business, under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2)(i) - Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements for the purchase of supplies of Teruflux Blood Bag System to be used by the Robertson Blood Center at the Carl R.
