65--Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source

Eisenhower Army Medical Center at Fort Gordon, Georgia, requires two Stomaphyx Titan Kits, two Stomaphyx Kits, and two Stomaphyx Cartridges for a surgery scheduled on April 22, 2010.
