The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 7, intends to negotiate a one (1) year sole-source contract with the VERICOR LLC, 703 Western Avenue, Holmen, WI 54636 on or around March 1, 2015 to provide a Response Friendly Decon Equipment Organizer (Model MC-DEO). Decon Equipment Organizer protects valuable decontamination equipment during storage and enables the mass movement/deployment of these bulk supplies in an emergency. The device is self-contained and capable of moving on casters/roller-wheels (non-powered). Requirements of the Response Friendly Decon Equipment Organizer (Model MC-DEO): " Store 15 - 20 Decontamination suits, PAPRs, boots for team deployment in an emergency " Steel construction " Mobile, constructed with caster/wheels for easy movement over multiple surfaces " Painted or powder-coated surfaces NAICS Code: 339113- Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing (Size Standard 500 employees) This proposed procurement is for supply for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(i), Only One Responsible Source and no Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than February 19, 2015, 11 a.m. EDT. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
