65--Notice of Intent under W91YU0-14-T-0207, to award a Sole Source firm fixed priced contract.

Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Western Regional Contracting Office(WRCO), Lacey, WA, intends to issue a Sole Source award to Beacon Point Associates a Small-disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) ; company and an authorized full product line distributor of Depuy Synthes; to provide their products in the estimated amount of $75,000.00 to purchase various surgical implants, and supplies that will be used in patient specific surgeries as identified by the surgeon located at the Department of Surgery, William Beaumont Army Medical Center, FT Bliss TX. Prior to surgery, the surgeon shall make the determination that these products or other branded products will best meet the individual patients' medical needs/requirements. All products must be FDA Approved. This notice is not a request for proposal and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment in full can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications.
