Department of Veterans Affairs VA MidSouth Healthcare Network (VISN 9) Notice of Intent to Sole Source: The Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) Nashville Campus, 1310 24th Avenue South, Nashville, TN 37212 intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Therakos, Inc. (Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics, Inc.) of Exton PA. 19341 for the service contract of the Photophoresis System, Cellex Kits (Stock #: CLXUSA) 3 per case, located at Nashville VA Medical Center in Nashville Tennessee. The government believes that Therakos, Inc. is the only authorized provider of the Photophoresis Kits. This is a sole source procurement utilizing, 38 U.S.C. 8153 and Other than Full and Open Competition (FAR Part 6.302-1). This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes, however; any firm that believes it can provide these services may give written notification to the Contract Specialist, no later than 4:00 PM CST, January 9, 2013. Supporting evidence of ability to provide these kit's, must be furnished in sufficient detail, to the Purchasing Agent via email address: contact@example.gov. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be honored.
