Full Description

Notice of intent to award a sole source procurement under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12.203 to Steris Corporation to provide a Reliance Synergy Washer/Disinfector for the 90th Medical Group, F.E. Warren AFB, Wyoming. In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), the Government will negotiate directly with Steris Corporation for this product. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. This notice is for information only. This notice is neither a request for proposals nor a solicitation for offers. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 339113. All inquiries and concerns must be addressed in writing to 90 CONS/LGCB, ATTN: TSgt Grover Easterling, 7505 Marne Loop, F.E.
