Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 6 (NCO 6) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with ERA Health, LLC, dba Veteran s Health Medical Supply, (DUNS: 788518806), pursuant to FAR part 12, FAR part 13, and specifically FAR 13.106-1(b)(2), for purchases exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold. The proposed sole source purchase order is for the delivery of Organogenesis PuraPly Antimicrobial Wound Matrix for the period from 1 October 2017 through 31 December 2017.
