Full Description

Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Western Regional Contracting Office (WRCO), Tacoma WA intend to issue a sole source award to Tornier, Inc in the estimated amount of: $75,000.00 to purchase various surgical implant products that will be used in patient specific surgeries, as determined by the surgeon, located in the Department of Nursing at William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC), Fort Bliss TX. Prior to surgery, the surgeon shall make the determination that these products or other branded products will best meet the individual patients medical needs. All products must be FDA Approved. This notice is NOT a request for proposal and no solicitation will be issued. Any firm that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications.
