They must provide government pricing and provide clinical support, utilization reports, return goods policy and volume discounts. They must provide electronic and hard-copy of proposed pricing and competitive product cross-reference. Ba se product criteria for this product line includes but is not limited to the following: Wooden and metal crutches/canes; adult, toddler and pediatric crutches/canes, adjustable handle with safety clip-lock and push-button adjusted footpiece, rubber access ories, and latex free material.
