65--Various Spinal Implants for patient specific surgeries

The US Army Medical Command Southern Region - East has a requirement for patient specific spinal surgeries. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for this requirement. The suggested contractor is K2M, Inc.; 751 Miller Drive, Southeast; Suite F1; Leesburg, Virginia 20175-8993 Pedicle Screw Instrumentation with all associated screws and vendor representative in attendance during surgical procedure. PEEK Spacer with preparation and insertion instruments and vendor representative in attendance during surgical procedure. Iliac Screws with vendor representative in attendance during surgical procedure. Anterior Cervical Plate with all associated screws and vendor representative in attendance during surgical procedure. Posterior Cervical Implant and Instrumentation with all associated screws and vendor representative in attendance during surgical procedure. Various size Mini Denali Screws, Denali Screws, ATR Set Screws, Curved Rods and Adjustable Drill Bits. This is not a request for proposal and no solicitation will be issued. However, companies that can provide an equal or like product must submit their technical capabilities to include technical specifications of their product, past performance information, price and delivery time within seven (7) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. This information will be reviewed by the Government technical representatives from Eisenhower Army Medical Center for consideration for future requirements.
